Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients (except butter) together with the fork until thick pancake batter is formed.
  • Heat butter in a pan on a medium heat.
  • Spoon pancake batter on a hot pan.
  • Fry on both sides (each ~3 minutes)
  • Serve with some blueberries and lemon slices
