Ingredients:
3 ounces, Riccota Cheese
1 tbsp, Coconut Flour
2 tbsp, Spices, poppy seed
1 small, Egg
2 tbsp(s), Blueberries
1 tbsp, Butter
2 slices of lemon
20 drops of Vanilla Stevia
Needed:
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except butter) together with the fork until thick pancake batter is formed.
Heat butter in a pan on a medium heat.
Spoon pancake batter on a hot pan.
Fry on both sides (each ~3 minutes)
Serve with some blueberries and lemon slices
