Ingredients:
3 tbsp, Olive Oil
7 ounce, Champignons Braun
2 cups of water
0.5 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp., salt
Nutmeg, cloves, and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Prepare the brine by mixing water, vinegar, salt and spices.
Let it boil in a pan for 5 minutes.
Add washed and halved mushrooms, let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool completely.
Refrigerate overnight, add olive oil.
It can be stored up to 2 weeks.
