Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Mix cherry tomatoes and onions with olive oil and spread onto tray, bake for 25-30 min
  • Mix zoodles with pesto, lemon juice and coconut cream and let marinate.
  • Serve “pasta” with tomatoes, olives and coconut bacon
