Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Prepare oven dish
  • Brush peppers with extra virgin olive oil and roast for 10 minutes
  • In a bowl, mix gouda, kale and remaining extra virgin olive
  • Remove peppers, place half cheese mix into peppers
  • Crack an egg into the peppers, and top with remaining cheese mix
  • Bake for 15 mins
  • Season and serve
