Ingredients:
4 oz. (120g) Pepperoni, sliced thinly
Needed:
Non-stick silicone mat or parchment paper
Oven
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC
Lay pepperoni slices, neatly and not overlapping on a non-stick silicone mat or parchment paper
Bake for 10 minutes, or until they start to go crispy
Remove and dry out on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat
Season and serve
