Instructions

  • Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp of cream and let it sit for 5-10 minutes
  • Decorate glass insides with jam smudges and keep them in the fridge
  • In a sauce pan mix remaining cream, cardamom, vanilla and erythritol, bring to a boil
  • Add gelatin, mix well and strain through the fine sieve to a mixing bowl
  • Add yogurt and mix until smooth
  • Pour the mixture in prepared glasses
  • Put in a fridge and let them set overnight
  • Decorate with frosting gel and berries.
