Ingredients:
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 tsp of cardamom buds crushed
1 tsp of vanilla extract
6 oz erythritol
4 oz sugar free raspberry jam
0.75 oz of gelatin
Black frosting gel and berries for a decor
Needed:
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp of cream and let it sit for 5-10 minutes
Decorate glass insides with jam smudges and keep them in the fridge
In a sauce pan mix remaining cream, cardamom, vanilla and erythritol, bring to a boil
Add gelatin, mix well and strain through the fine sieve to a mixing bowl
Add yogurt and mix until smooth
Pour the mixture in prepared glasses
Put in a fridge and let them set overnight
Decorate with frosting gel and berries.
