Ingredients:
8 lb pork shoulder roast
10 garlic cloves
1 oz of Rosemary
1 oz of thyme
1 tbsp of Ground black pepper
1 tbsp of Garam masala powder
3 tbsp of Salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
Brussel sprouts and butternut squash for garnishing
Needed:
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 475 or roast mode.
Trim pork if needed and make deep cuts with a thin knife.
Stuff those cuts with salt, pepper, crushed garlic cloves, rosemary and thyme sprigs.
Rub roast with salt and pepper and garam masala.
Sprinkle with a good amount of oil.
Transfer to a roasting skillet and roast at high for 20-25 minutes.
Add a cup of water to the skillet.
Then reduce the oven temperature to 200 and slow roast for 8 hours (overnight).
