Ingredients:
1 medium, Tomato (slised)
4 oz, Boneles Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp(s), Avocado Oil
0.50 cup, Mushrooms
1 tbsp., Dill
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Spices of choice
Needed:
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add all ingredients, stir well.
Cook with the lid for ~10 minutes. Switch off the heat, let set for 5 minutes.
Season well with salt, pepper and spices.
Serve with olives and dill.
