Ingredients:
.5 cups of Chia seeds
.5 cups of Sunflower seeds
.5 cups of Flax seeds
.5 cups of Pumpkin seeds
1 Cup of Water
1 tablespoon of Almost everything bagel seasoning
Needed:
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl & add water. Let sit for 10 mins.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper sprayed with olive oil.
Spread seed mix onto a cookie sheet & bake for 30 mins.
Cut into cracker size with pizza cutter & flip each cracker over.
Bake for another 20 mins.
