Instructions

  • In a medium pan, cook ground beef in avocado oil. Add taco seasoning. Stir and break up the meat until completed separated. Cook to the desired temperature.
  • Plate a big base of your choice of greens with broccoli slaw, kale, and cabbage
  • To the base, add avocado, sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, jalapeno, sour cream, and broccoli slaw.
  • Add the ground beef to the bowl, squeeze lime, and mix well. Top however way you want!
