In a medium pan, cook ground beef in avocado oil. Add taco seasoning. Stir and break up the meat until completed separated. Cook to the desired temperature.
Plate a big base of your choice of greens with broccoli slaw, kale, and cabbage
To the base, add avocado, sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, jalapeno, sour cream, and broccoli slaw.
Add the ground beef to the bowl, squeeze lime, and mix well. Top however way you want!
