Ingredients:
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
2 tbsp(s), Ghee
2 Tbs, Onion Green Whole
2 clove, Garlic
10 ounce, Champignons Braun
6 cup(s), Chicken Stock
Nutmeg, salt and pepper, chili flakes
Fresh Tarragon
Needed:
Instructions
Heat pan over ghee heat, add ghee.
Fry sliced mushrooms, garlic, green onion and tarragon until liquid is evaporated.
Add chicken stock, let simmer for 10 minutes, add spices and salt to your taste.
Add olive oil, switch of the heat and let set for 5 minutes.
