Mushroom burger

Ingredients:
Cabbage
2 Brown mushrooms (4 oz. / 120g)
3 oz. / 90g Cheddar cheese, grated
¼ small head of iceberg lettuce (1 ½ oz. / 45g), roughly chopped
½ large tomatoes (1 oz. / 30g) , sliced thinly
½ clove of garlic, finely chopped
Needed:
Saute pan, oven proof
Oven
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Peel cabbage, keeping the cabbage leaves whole
Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
Add garlic and cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl and gently mix through
Heat saute pan, add a little olive oil, and add brown mushrooms with shell down
After 2 minutes, add cheese mix to each mushroom and move saute pan into the oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
Wrap mushrooms and cheese burgers in cabbage, with lettuce and tomato garnish
Season and serve
