Instructions

  • Peel cabbage, keeping the cabbage leaves whole
  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Add garlic and cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl and gently mix through
  • Heat saute pan, add a little olive oil, and add brown mushrooms with shell down
  • After 2 minutes, add cheese mix to each mushroom and move saute pan into the oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  • Wrap mushrooms and cheese burgers in cabbage, with lettuce and tomato garnish
  • Season and serve
