Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbsp of flax seed meal
1 tbsp of coconut flour
1 tsp of sweetener
1 tbsp of butter
½ oz of walnuts
A pinch of baking powder and ginger
Needed:
Instructions
Chop up the walnuts.
Put the butter in a jar and put it in a microwave, occasionally turning around.
Grease the jar, break and beat up an egg, add all the dry ingredients and mix.
Put the jar in the microwave to full power for 2:20-2:30 minutes.
