Instructions

  • Take all the vegetables, green and red cabbage and carrots, and thinly slice them using a knife or shred them in a food processor or by a mandoline slicer.
  • Collect them all together in a bowl to which add mayonnaise along with salt and pepper. Mix it around with a spoon and leave the coleslaw to sit for 10 minutes before consumption.
