Prepare two quarters of boiling water to rinse noodles. In a sauce pan preheat the Olive Oil and sweat chopped onions until golden brown.
Add minced beef, turn heat to medium high, add butter and stir-fry beef to a golden sear, season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat to low, add wine and let it steam for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, chili paste to the pan and simmer 3-5 min. then season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and spices.
Drain the brine from tofu noodles and rinse them with boiling water, add noodles to the sauce pan and toss them well with contents.
Cook at medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to cook noodles through and let them absorb the sauce.
Plate Bolognese in a bowl with the top of ground Parmesan and fresh basil.
