Instructions

  • Heat up ghee in a frying pan. Add garlic and Italian spice mix.
  • Add chopped seafood and fish. Cook for ~2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the passata and let cook on high for another 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the stove, add olive oil and fresh chopped basil.
  • Serve in a bowl.
