Ingredients:
6 tbsp., Ghee
5 clove, Garlic
5.oz, Octopus
5.00 oz., Squid
5 oz, Cod
6 oz., Passata
5 tbsp, Olive Oil
Italian spice mix
Fresh Basil
Needed:
Instructions
Heat up ghee in a frying pan. Add garlic and Italian spice mix.
Add chopped seafood and fish. Cook for ~2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the passata and let cook on high for another 8-10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove, add olive oil and fresh chopped basil.
Serve in a bowl.
