Instructions

  • Pat down chicken with a paper towel and put into a glass container or Ziploc bag. Add lemon juice, olive oil, zaatar spice, sea salt, pepper garlic powder. Massage well and let rest. For best results, marinate for 4-12 hours, but not necessary.
  • On medium heat, add chicken and cook on both sides totaling about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Separately, on medium heat, sauté mushrooms in olive oil and add sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the chicken is ready, in a large bowl, add arugula, sliced chicken, sliced cherry tomatoes, avocado, and feta
