Ingredients:
15 oz of ground beef (80/20)
1 cup of parsley
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
Salt and spices to taste

Instructions
Mash or grate the onion on a coarse side of a grater. Chop the parsley and the garlic.
Add the ground beef, knead thoroughly.
Add salt and spices to taste.
Put the beef on a cutting board, form a flat cake, then cut it in 16 pieces like pizza.
These 16 pieces will make 16 meatballs, 40 g each.
Roll up each piece of beef into a ball, put meatballs in a casserole dish and bake in the oven 200С for 20-25 minutes until nice and brown.
