Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250F then place a large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add butter to the pan and let melt. Once the butter is melted and hot, add some seasonings to the turkey and place in the hot pan.
  • Fry the turkey for a few minutes until it becomes golden brown all through.
  • Place the cooked turkey in the preheated oven and cook for a few minutes until the turkey becomes properly cooked.
  • Tent the cooked turkey with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Place a small saucepan over medium heat then add in the turkey drippings, heavy cream, and cream cheese then stir properly then boil lightly.
  • Decrease the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add in salt and pepper as seasonings to taste.
  • Place another frying pan over high heat and add in the rest of the butter.
  • Once the butter is hot, add in the capers and sauté until it becomes crispy.
  • Serve the turkey in clean serving plates with sauce and capers.
