Instructions

  • Mix salt and pepper with the ground beef, make 4 meatballs.
  • Melt the butter and sauté chopped garlic in a saucepan with heavy bottom until it starts releasing its aroma, add green beans and stir.
  • Pour in hot water and bring to boiling.
  • Put meatballs in the water and boil for 20 minutes over low heat.
  • Chop spinach/mangold/cabbage in strips, put them in the soup and turn off the heat.
  • Let rest and then serve.
