Low-carb soup with meatballs

Ingredients:
½ cup of ground beef
¼ cup of spinach/mangold (or cabbage)
2 oz of broccoli or green beans
1 small clove of garlic
2 tsp of butter for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
1/10 cup of boiling water
Needed:
Instructions
Mix salt and pepper with the ground beef, make 4 meatballs.
Melt the butter and sauté chopped garlic in a saucepan with heavy bottom until it starts releasing its aroma, add green beans and stir.
Pour in hot water and bring to boiling.
Put meatballs in the water and boil for 20 minutes over low heat.
Chop spinach/mangold/cabbage in strips, put them in the soup and turn off the heat.
Let rest and then serve.
