Ingredients:
1 Cup of Almond flour
2 tsp of Baking powder
5 Tbsp of Ground psyllium husk powder
2 tsp of Apple cider vinegar
1 Cup of Boiling water
3 Eggs whites
1 tsp of Sea salt
1/4 oz of Sesame seeds

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/177C then place all the dry ingredients on the list into a large mixing bowl and mix properly to combine.
Place a kettle over medium heat then add in the water and bring to boil.
Once the water boils, add into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix again.
Next, add in the egg white and vinegar then beat everything using a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
Wash your hands with clean water and make 4 - 8 buns out of the batter.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the dough into it.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top then place the baking sheet on the lower rack of the preheated oven.
Bake the bread for about 50 - 60 minutes then serve with some butter or your favorite toppings.
