Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/177C then place all the dry ingredients on the list into a large mixing bowl and mix properly to combine.
  • Place a kettle over medium heat then add in the water and bring to boil.
  • Once the water boils, add into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix again.
  • Next, add in the egg white and vinegar then beat everything using a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
  • Wash your hands with clean water and make 4 - 8 buns out of the batter.
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the dough into it.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top then place the baking sheet on the lower rack of the preheated oven.
  • Bake the bread for about 50 - 60 minutes then serve with some butter or your favorite toppings.
