Instructions

  • Pulse celery, egg and butter in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add salted herring fillets, and green onions and pulse for another 10 seconds until just combined.
  • Season with some pepper and garnish with extra green onion.
  • Store in fridge up to a week in an air-tight container.
