Ingredients:
10 tbsp, Butter
3 filets, Herring (salted)
1 Celery Stalk
1 boiled egg
2 Green Onions
Pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Pulse celery, egg and butter in a food processor until smooth.
Add salted herring fillets, and green onions and pulse for another 10 seconds until just combined.
Season with some pepper and garnish with extra green onion.
Store in fridge up to a week in an air-tight container.
