1 1/2 pounds of cut boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Cup of buffalo wing sauce
1/4 Cup of butter

Instructions
Using a large mixing bowl, add in the pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and onion powder then mix properly to combine.
Pour out the mixture onto a clean plate.
Using another small bowl, crake in the eggs then whisk with a fork.
Coat the chicken in the whisked egg then the breading mixture.
Make sure you coat the chicken properly at all sides.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat then add in 1 or 2 inches of the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add in the coated chicken then fry for about 3 minutes on both sides until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color. Don’t flip much.
Once cooked, place the chicken on a paper towel to drain then set aside.
Place another small pan over medium heat then add in the buffalo wing sauce and the butter and cook for a few minutes until the butter melts and integrates into the sauce.
Once cooked, place the sauce in a large mixing bowl then add in the cooked chicken and coat properly.
