Ingredients:
2 tablespoon, Ghee
3 clove, Garlic
1 lb, Spaghetti squash
1 cup, heavy cream
4 oz., Blue Cheese
Nutmeg, salt and pepper

Instructions
Bake spaghetti squash for 25 minutes at 360 F.
Let cool a bit, take out the flesh with the fork. Place in a heat-proof form.
Heat up ghee in a saucepan, add minced garlic, salt pepper and nutmeg.
Add cream and crumbled cheese. Still well.
Let cook until thickens (~7 minutes).
Remove pan from heat, pour over the squash and put under the broiler for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with poultry.
