In a medium pan, add 1 tablespoon avocado oil and 1 pound grass-fed ground meat seasoned with sea salt. Then stir and break up the meat until completed separated with a wooden spatula.
As its going, add taco seasoning to your liking until cooked through.
While your beef is cooking, make the rest of your bowl. Start with a big base of shredded lettuce and add some salsa at the bottom.
To the base, I added 1/2 avocado, some diced tomatoes, some diced onion, jalapeno, a tablespoon sour cream.
Cut up some fresh lime and add to the bowl.
Finally, add the ground meat to the bowl & squeeze some lime over the top and enjoy.
