Ingredients:
6 tablespoons Labneh
1 tablespoon Olive oil
10 Olives (or to taste)
½ oz Walnuts
Herbs to taste
1 tablespoon fried garlic
1 tsp Dried Mint
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Sumac
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp Zaatar (Optional)
Needed:
Instructions
Spread a thick layer of the labneh on a flat plate
Drizzle on olive oil
Add olives on top of the labneh
Add walnuts and herbs on the side as desired
Top labneh with garlic, mint, thyme, sumac, zaatar (optional) salt and pepper. Feel free to get creative and add whatever you’d like!
