Roughly dice 2 cups of rutabagas and sauté for 7-8 minutes in avocado oil and add paprika, garlic powder and sea salt. We are using rutabaga instead of potato.
In the same skillet, add beef blend and season with paprika, cumin, and garlic powder
After 5 minutes, add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes
Create some pockets in the skillet and add cracked eggs and pepper jack cheese
Put skillet into the oven and cook about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and add jalapenos, herbs, and sliced avocado or anything else you’ like!
