Ingredients:
3 ounces, Beef Liver
2 tsp, Ghee
1 large, Egg
3 tbsp., Green onions (chopped)
3 ounces, Ground Beef
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Pulse raw liver in a food processor.
Heat ghee in a pan, cook liver (stirring occasionally) until resembles crumbs. Let it cool down.
Mix ground beef with cooked liver, add chopped green onions and egg. Season to taste.
Form meatball with you palms and fry them until cooked through on a medium heat.
