Ingredients:
¾ cup (180ml) Water
½ cup (125ml) Coconut milk (full fat)
1 ½ oz. (45g) Flaxseed meal
1 oz. (30g) Almond flour
1 oz. (30g) Almonds, flaked
1 oz. (30g) Coconut cream
1 Lime, zest and juice
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Small pot
Instructions
Bring the water to the boil, add the coconut milk, almond flour, salt and flaxseed meal into pot and whisk while pouring to prevent clumping
Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes
Remove from heat add coconut cream and lime zest and juice, stir gently
Season and serve
