Ingredients:
2 x Baby gem lettuce (~3 oz/ / 90g)
2 x Avocados (8 oz. / 240g)
4 x Tomatoes (120g)
3 oz (90g) Cream cheese
3 oz (90g) Sour cream
15ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
½ Lemon, juiced
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Wash and separate the cos leaves - set aside
Dice tomatoes, add olive oil, chilli flakes and lemons’ juice in a mixing bowl
Fill lettuce leaves with cream cheese, sour cream salsa and avocado
Season and serve
