Ingredients:
2 lemons (juice and zest)
2 large, Egg
1 tsp, Chia seeds
2 oz, Butter
Stevia drops to taste
Needed:
Instructions
Zest and juice two lemons
Add into small souse pan with butter and stevia
Place on the low heat until butter is melted
Whisk eggs separately, add them into souse pan
Heat up the mixture on a low vigorously whisking until it thickens.
Do not let it boil.
Remove from the heat, transfer into serving glass (here dragon fruit is used)
Sprinkle with chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
