Ingredients:
4 Whole raw (cut in half lengthways) of Bell peppers
1 Pound of Ground beef
1 Pound of Italian sausage
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
1 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 cups of Marinara (No sugar added, or homemade)
1 Cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Cup of Ricotta cheese
1 Tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Pinch of Parsley

Instructions
Make a mixture of ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and Parmesan cheese SET ASIDE.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare peppers (wash pat dry, cut lengthways, seed and core).
Brown sausage (drain).
Brown ground beef (drain).
Add both browned ground beef and browned sausage back to a large skillet and pour in Marinara (simmer 5 mins until nicely thickened) remove from heat.
Spoon meat sauce into the bottom of pepper halves, then layer in Ricotta mixture and repeat.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Place on non stick baking sheet and bake for 30 mins or until peppers have softened.Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley for garnish (optional).
Pairs well with a light garden green salad.
