Ingredients:
2 lb boneless lamb leg roast
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of oregano
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 bunch of thyme
1 lb of radishes
Needed:
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 490
Cut radishes in half. Rub lamb roast with dry spices and salt, sprinkle with olive oil
Put lamb and radishes on a baking tin and roast for 15 minutes
Take out from the oven, transfer radiuses to another dish and set aside
Drop oven temperature to 190 and let it cool down with the door open for 5 minutes.
Put the thyme beneath the lamb, add 1/2 cup of water to the tin and send all back to the oven
Slow cook lamb for 4 hours
20 minutes before the time is up added radishes back to the lamb in the oven.
