Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 490
  • Cut radishes in half. Rub lamb roast with dry spices and salt, sprinkle with olive oil
  • Put lamb and radishes on a baking tin and roast for 15 minutes
  • Take out from the oven, transfer radiuses to another dish and set aside
  • Drop oven temperature to 190 and let it cool down with the door open for 5 minutes.
  • Put the thyme beneath the lamb, add 1/2 cup of water to the tin and send all back to the oven
  • Slow cook lamb for 4 hours
  • 20 minutes before the time is up added radishes back to the lamb in the oven.
