Instructions

  • Season boneless lamb with lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, sumac, salt, pepper and onion.
  • Mix everything well & marinate overnight (at least 4 hours).
  • Once ready to make, heat a pan on medium heat with 1tbsp olive oil, then cook lamb until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  • Prep your plate/bowl vegetable base of choice (in the recipe: big base of greens topped with radish, tomatoes, herbs and red onion).
  • Slice up some halloumi and fry until golden brown in the same pan, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Plate everything and dress as desired. We dressed with some olive oil and lemon juice.
