Korean-style spicy ears

Ingredients:
10 ounce, Pork Ears
5 cups of water
6 cups of water
4 tbsp(s), Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and pepper
Korean spice mix
3 cloves of garlic

Instructions
Bring water to boil into the instant pot, season well with salt.
Cook ears under maximal pressure for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile prepare Korean seasoning, by mixing all spices with minced garlic and apple cider vinegar.
Cut cooked pork into long stripes, toss with spices and adjust the taste to your desire with some more salt and vinegar.
Consume immediately, of refrigerating up to a week.
