Slice up ribeye and put in a large glass container to marinate.
Add green onion/scallions (just the green portion), medium white onion and garlic cloves to the meat.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and sweetener of choice to the meat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well, massage into the meat, cover, and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
Once ready to make, remove from the glass container and grill or cook on a stovetop over medium to high heat for 4-6 minutes or until you reach the desired temperature.
Top with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
Serve with a side of choice. We served with lettuce cups.
