Ingredients:
5 Eggs
4 Tbsp of Coconut flour
4 Tbsp of Granulated sweetener of choice and more to taste
1 tsp of Baking powder
2 tsp of Vanilla
3 Tbsp of Full-fat milk or cream as desired
1 Tbsp of Melted butter

Instructions
Using a small mixing bowl, crake in the eggs the separate the egg whites and the yolk and add the other into another bowl.
Properly whisk the egg whites until there is a formation of stiff peaks and becomes firm.
In the bowl containing the egg yolk, add in the coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder then mix everything together to combine.
Next, gently add in the melted butter then mix properly until you attain a smooth consistency.
Add in the milk and vanilla then mix again to combine.
Add the egg whites into the bowl containing the egg yolk mixture then mix to combine.
Add the mixture in batches into a waffle maker then cook until it becomes golden in color.
Do the same for the rest of the mixture then serve the waffle with desired berries.
