Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt in a food processor now add the apple cider vinegar, then slightly beaten egg and water to the blender and mix till it forms a sticky dough ball.
Wrap the dough ball in cellophane and squish it for 2-3 minutes and let it rest for twenty minutes.
Divide the dough ball into eight equal size balls and use a tortilla press to spread them out.
Take a pan and heat it to medium and brush it with some olive oil.
Cook tortilla one minute on each side.
Use for snacks, lunch or dinner with any filling of your choice.
