Ingredients:
2 clove, Garlic
1 tablespoon, Ghee
4 ounce, Veal liver
Fresh thyme
SAlt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Beat lightly the liver with kitchen mallet until ~1/2 inch thick.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the pan over medium heat, add ghee, add thyme leaves and minced garlic.
Cook for ~30 seconds.
Add liver on a pan, fry on each side for about 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat, let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
