Ingredients:
1/3 Сup of salted Butter
3 Tbsp of gluten-free granulated sweetener of choice
2/3 Cup of Heavy cream
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
Needed:
Instructions
Place a medium saucepan over low heat then add in the butter and granulated sugar then heat.
Once both melts, cook for another 3 - 4 minutes until the mixture becomes golden brown in color. Don’t forget to stir periodically.
Next, add in the heavy cream then boil.
Decrease the heat and simmer for about seven to ten minutes, stirring periodically until the mixture becomes caramel in color and very thick.
Once cooked, take caramel sauce out of the heat then add in the vanilla extract.
