Place a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat then add in the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add in the beef, garlic, and ginger and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes until the beef is just browned.
Once this is done, add in salt and pepper to taste, don’t forget to stir.
Place the meal on a clean bowl and set aside.
Using the same skillet over medium heat, add in the peppers and onions then fry for about 2 - 3 minutes with a regular stirring until the onions become translucent.
Next, add in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes until it becomes brown in color.
Add in the beef broth and soy sauce, toss properly to combine then add in the cooked beef mixture and cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
