Ingredients:
4 oz, Pork Chops
3 tbsp, Almond Flour
1 large, Egg
1 tbsp, Ghee
1 tsp, Turmeric powder
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Beat the meat until it is 1/4 inch thick using kitchen hummer.
Mix together almond flour, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Whisk an egg.
Dip your pork chop into the egg, toss into almond "bread crumbs".
Fry in heated ghee on medium heat on both sides until crispy and golden.
Serve with some line and salad leaves.
