Ingredients:
1 Sheet, Nori
1 ½ cup, Cauliflower (riced)
2 tbsp., Cream cheese
1 fluid ounce, Sauce
½ Avocado
3 ounce, Salmon (Smocked)

Instructions
Microwave cauliflower rice on high for 3 minutes, let it cool.
Squeeze out any extra liquid with your hands.
Mix in cream cheese, ensuring the "rice" is sticky enough.
Assemble your rolls: place nori on a sushi rug, spread cauliflower evenly, and add slices of salmon and avocado.
Roll gently into a sushi log. Cut into smaller pieces.
Enjoy with Tamari sauce.
