Ingredients:
3 tbsp., Almond Flour
2 large, Egg
2 tbsp, Sour cream
0.50 tsp, Baking powder
1 tsp(s), Psyllium Husks
1 tsp, Ghee
Salt or Sweetener to taste

Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients with the fork, let set for 5 minutes. Add salt for savory option or sweetener to taste for sweet option.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter onto a pan, cook pancakes a usual (~2 minutes on each side)
Serve with sauces/spreads to your taste.
