Ingredients:
3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 small onion
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tsp of salt
2 lbs of ground beef
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of ground coriander
1 tbsp of ground cumin
1 can chopped tomatoes (400g)
1/2 tsp of pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Sauté garlic and onion over high heat in the oil using a skillet for couple of minutes.
Add chilli flakes and salt, stir well.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Add paprika, Cumin and coriander. Stir well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for around 5 minutes until saucy.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a shaving of cheese. Also nice with cauliflower rice.
