Instructions

  • Sauté garlic and onion over high heat in the oil using a skillet for couple of minutes.
  • Add chilli flakes and salt, stir well.
  • Add beef and cook until browned.
  • Add paprika, Cumin and coriander. Stir well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for around 5 minutes until saucy.
  • Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a shaving of cheese. Also nice with cauliflower rice.
