Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Almond flour
2 Eggs
4 teaspoons of Butter
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
Needed:
Instructions
Mix all together in a tall skinny mug and microwave on high for 2 min and 20 seconds.
Let sit for 1 minute then flip over and slice into five slices.
Surprisingly hearty slices and they can be toasted, too!
