Ingredients:
20 Jalapeños
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar
10 Slices of Bacon
8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
Needed:
Instructions
Halve and clean peppers, set aside.
Mix cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl, season as desired, soften in microwave about 1 minute, and fill peppers.
Cook bacon slices halfway by microwaving 3 - 4 minutes.
Top or wrap each pepper with half a slice of bacon.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. 2 poppers = 1 serving
