Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour
2/3 cup of powdered Erythritol sweetener
2 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp of salt
7 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of honey
Cranberries (optional)
Some extra spice powders for dusting
Needed:
Instructions
Use room temperature butter
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Add butter and mix with hands until incorporated
Form 1 1/2 inch balls with hands and transfer them to an airtight container
Refrigerate for 1,5 hour or overnight
Dust with spices and garnish with cranberries
