Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp. butter or coconut oil, for frying

Instructions
Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
In the same bowl, crack eggs and whisk them together with the mixture. Once done, let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Heat butter in a pan to medium-high and pour three dollops of the batter.
Flip the bread over after a few minutes and give it a little more time to fry.
Once cooked, serve with butter and any topping of your choice.
