Ingredients:
4 Peppers of Poblano pepper
1 lb of Ground beef
4 oz of Queso fresco
4 oz of Cheddar cheese
Needed:
Instructions
Roast peppers of an open flame. Once charred put in a gallon to steam and close for about 5 minutes.
Cook ground beef in a skillet, season as desired for taco flavor.
Peel skins of peppers, cut open, deseed and put in a casserole dish.
Pour good beef over peppers.
Crumble queso fresco over the meat, sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
Cook at 350° for about 15 min or until bubbly.
